	The front entrance has a new entry door, a marble entryway and you can see one of the many closets in the apartment. What you can’t see if that the living room has two really large windows that allow a lot of lot into the apartment.

	The kitchen has a stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal and lots of cabinet space.
	The hallway leading to the two bathrooms, and three bedrooms with brand new carpet and really nice light fixtures.
	The view is of the hallway looking towards the living room. Notice one of the two wall furnaces for the apartment, each with separate heating controls.
	We have greatly upgraded both bathrooms, you can just make out the granite floor tile and you can see the glass shower enclosures. We have installed a new vanity with lots of drawers.

	The second bathroom has been upgraded like the first one, you can see the granite floor tiles. Both bathrooms have full tubs and showers. Landlord pays the water and the hot water.

	It is hard to take a good picture of a bedroom, but you can see the closet and the new carpet in this view of bedroom 1.

	This picture is from the street and shows the house in front of the apartment building. You can make out the apartment building in the back. This unit is on the top floor with a southern exposure. It is away from the street so it quiet, but you can look out and see quit away.
